'About a Woman' is a compelling drama about loneliness, alienation, and disconnection, with its desolate setting simply exacerbating the emotional distress of its protagonist - displayed by the stand-out performance from Tutie Kirana. It's unfortunate the film doesn't quite reach the impact that it aims for as a whole because the third act ends a little abruptly.
