A guy who knows that as time passes you need to push back the years, for me thats diet and exercise. Havent got rid of the stress yet, lol, but that comes with the work, which i intend to put behind me. I am self employed so the time is my own.
I dont smoke and I dont drink hard, id prefer to do a work out rather than a drink out.
